What We Do

Grover, Elliott & Co. Ltd. is an established real estate appraisal firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our accredited real estate appraisers have extensive experience in all types of valuation services. Measured in terms of fully designated (AACI) appraisers (nine), we are one of the larger commercial appraisal firms in Canada.

The company has been active in the professional practice of real estate appraisal, valuation, and consulting since 1969. Assignments have included virtually every class of real property found in British Columbia.

Litigation and tribunal support forms a significant component of our appraisal practice. We specialize in appraisal review, forensic appraising, and dispute resolution. Our appraisers have consulted on professional appraisal matters with the Appraisal Institutes of Canada and the US and with public universities, colleges and institutions, and have been accepted as experts by Provincial and Federal Courts, Expropriation Boards and Assessment Appeal Boards.

We offer depreciation reports (reserve fund studies) for strata developments that comply with British Columbia’s Strata Property Amendment Act, Bill 9, 2009. Click here for more information on reserve fund studies.

Our senior appraisers hold the AACI (P.App) designation of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and several hold designations from similar organizations, including the CRP (Certified Reserve Planner), RI(BC), MAI and FRICS designations.
