Brent joined Grover, Elliott & Co. in 2004, just prior to completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of British Columbia. He achieved his accreditation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2007. Brent has wide range of appraisal experience, having completed retail, office, industrial, single-family and multi-family appraisal assignments throughout the Lower Mainland. He has been accepted as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

In February 2018, Brent, along with his two long-time colleagues, Michael Oord and Angus Heaps, purchased Grover Elliott. The three partners continue to complete appraisal work as they manage the company.

 

Brent is married and has three young children. When he isn’t coaching soccer or baseball, he can often be found mountain biking on the North Shore and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor.
