Keith MacLean-Talbot, RI, P. App, AACI, is a seasoned commercial real estate appraiser and property tax specialist with over 15 years of experience. As a Partner and the lead of Grover, Elliott & Co. Ltd.'s quick growing Property Tax Division, Keith leverages the team’s extensive commercial appraisal expertise to deliver tailored property tax strategies that achieve optimal outcomes for clients. His prior senior roles at BC Assessment have given him deep insights into assessment appeals, valuation, classification, and exemptions, as well as strong relationships with Assessors across the province. Keith also undertakes commercial appraisals and expert witness litigation assignments for a wide range of commercial, industrial, development land and multi-family properties.

Keith is a recognized leader in his field, serving as a Past President of the Real Estate Institute of BC, a professional RI member, a designated AACI Professional Appraiser, and an Executive Member of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Property Tax Association. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Valuation from UBC. Keith has been accepted as an expert witness and advocate at the Property Assessment Appeal Board, Property Assessment Review Panel, and Squamish Nation Assessment Review Board.
